Employer-wide student pages can include bachelor's, master's, MBA, PharmD and PhD routes. Confirm that the role accepts current undergraduates and read its required major, coursework, lab methods, GPA, graduation timing and authorization rules.
Do not place patient information, restricted research, proprietary formulations or course materials you cannot share in a portfolio. State whether a method came from a supervised class, research group or independent project and distinguish your contribution from the team's work.
A pharmaceutical or biotech internship and a university research placement can involve similar bench work and still reward different applications. Industry postings tend to emphasize process, documentation, quality standards and working to a schedule; academic settings emphasize the question being investigated. Read which one you are applying to and lead with the matching evidence — a student who can describe following a protocol precisely and recording results properly is describing exactly what a regulated environment needs.
These organizations hire undergraduates into data analysis, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing science, commercial and communications roles as well as laboratory ones. If your strength is statistics, writing or process rather than pipetting, those routes exist and are usually less crowded. Read the function description rather than assuming every opening means bench work.
Not always. Coursework labs are legitimate evidence when you describe them accurately — the technique, why the control mattered, what the result showed. Some openings do require specific techniques, so read the requirement rather than assuming.
Many are, and this directory records what the publisher states. Check the individual posting for the figure, the term length, and whether housing or travel support is included, since those vary widely between industry and academic settings.
Often not. Chemistry, engineering, statistics, data science and computing all appear in these programs. The posting names what it needs; a related quantitative background is frequently welcome.
