Keep the directory useful
Found something we should know?
Send a correction, suggest an undergraduate internship, or ask about the directory. We do not handle employer applications or provide recruiting decisions.
What to include
A message we can act on without a follow-up round is the one that gets acted on. Whatever you are writing about, the specifics below save the most time.
- Program correction
- Include the address of our page, the detail that is wrong, and a link to the official source showing the correct information. Corrections with an official link are the fastest for us to verify and act on.
- Suggest a college internship
- Include the official employer or institution link, who is eligible by college year or graduation window, the term and location, and any published compensation. Programs open to currently enrolled undergraduates are in scope; graduate, high-school, and full-time roles are not.
- Partnership or advertising inquiry
- Include the organization, campaign goal, student audience, timing, destination URL, proposed format and budget range. We consider clearly labeled sponsorships and employer campaigns, but do not sell factual changes, hidden placement within program listings or influence over editorial rankings.
- Privacy, account, Talent Network, or general question
- If you created an account, tell us the account email and whether you want access, correction, export, pausing, or deletion help. Never include your magic link, password, resume, or other sensitive document in email. Talent Network resumes belong in the signed-in upload flow. Planner notes and saves stay in your browser, so we cannot retrieve them.
What we cannot do
This directory is independent of every organization it describes, which sets real limits on what a message here can achieve.
- We cannot check, forward, expedite, or ask about the status of your application — the employer's own portal is the only authoritative source for that.
- We are not currently making placements or employer introductions. Joining the Talent Network is not a referral; any future introduction requires your separate approval for a named opportunity.
- We cannot decide whether you personally meet a program's eligibility rules, or advise on immigration, tax, or employment law.
- Do not email resumes, transcripts, identification documents, medical or financial information, government identifiers, account passwords, or sign-in links. The optional Talent Network accepts only one resume PDF through its private signed-in upload flow.
For anything about an application you have already submitted, the employer's own portal and applicant-support route are the only places with an authoritative answer. For questions about your enrollment, credits, or work authorization, your institution's advisers can answer for your specific situation in a way we cannot.
What happens to your message
Because the form opens a draft in your own email app, nothing reaches us until you send it, and we receive exactly what you chose to write plus the address you sent it from. We use it to answer you and to check the correction, and we may keep a record of an editorial change and what prompted it. You can ask us to delete an earlier exchange. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
