Choose the mission and function
An airline marketing role, a propulsion research project and an aircraft supply-chain internship use very different evidence. Start with the work: design, software, analysis, operations, communications, finance or customer experience. Use a project or responsibility that shows how you approached a related problem.
Read authorization and access rules exactly
Some aerospace roles use citizenship, US-person, export-control, security-clearance or site-access conditions. These terms are not interchangeable. Airline roles can have separate background, travel or safety requirements. Follow the wording in the official opening and never infer eligibility from the employer name alone.
Plan the schedule and location before applying
Programs may be full-time summer internships, multi-term co-ops or project placements at a specific center. Check onsite expectations, relocation support, housing costs, transportation and whether the dates fit your classes. A remote option on one team does not establish a company-wide arrangement.
