What is deliberately not launching yet
FirstInternships is not currently submitting candidates, making hiring decisions, running background checks, or giving employers access to resumes. Before a paid placement service launches, it needs employer agreements, anti-discrimination controls, applicable employment-agency and privacy review, candidate-specific sharing records, and an operating process that can support real people—not just a large database.
