- Applicants pursue a bachelor's, master's or PhD in a relevant major at an accredited four-year university and must remain enrolled during the program.
- Edwards publishes a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale for the general program and 3.5 for its MBA program.
- The US program page says applicants must not require present or future company sponsorship for an employment-based visa; each opening adds its own major, location and skill requirements.
The published 3.0 GPA is a program floor, not a complete eligibility check; specific internships can require particular majors, graduation dates or skills.
