Who can apply?
- Envoy says its summer internships are for bachelor's and master's students across majors including accounting, engineering, aviation, human resources, business, IT, technical writing, supply chain, logistics and law.
- The central page does not publish one class-year, GPA, graduation-date or work-authorization rule for every role. Those conditions come from the selected opening.
- Interns must be based in or find their own housing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for the summer. Do not treat travel privileges as relocation or housing assistance.
Envoy requires interns to be based in or secure housing in the DFW area. Travel privileges do not solve the cost or logistics of local summer housing.
Dates, pay & program timing
Envoy describes an eleven-week paid program with competitive pay, American Airlines network travel privileges and a 9/80 schedule that gives interns every other Friday off. Interns work on a department project, present a capstone and may attend airport tours, training sessions and professional events. The official page currently offers Summer 2027 internship alerts and an application route, but individual roles and deadlines can vary.

How to apply to Envoy Air

- Tailor your application to one function such as flight operations, engineering, finance, communications, customer service or supply chain and show a relevant project or responsibility.
- Apply through Envoy's official system and budget DFW housing before accepting, because the program requires participants to be based in the region.

How to prepare a stronger application
Prepare one story about a system that depends on reliable handoffs. Airlines coordinate people, aircraft, information, parts and customer needs, so show how you monitored details and communicated a change.
Plan a concise capstone-style explanation of one project: the business problem, evidence, your contribution, result and next step. Envoy says interns present their summer work to officers and team leads.
