Who can apply?
- Actively enrolled for the full internship in an accredited college or university degree program and age 18 or older.
- US undergraduate applicants must be rising juniors or seniors and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- WBD says US applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer and not require present or future visa sponsorship.
The US program does not treat first- and second-year students as eligible simply because some international WBD programs use different rules.
Dates, pay & program timing
WBD publishes seasonal US recruiting windows: summer roles typically apply January–February, fall roles May–June, and spring roles September–October. The company describes the internships as paid; each posting controls the exact dates, pay, and arrangement.
