Who can apply?

  • Applicants must be rising juniors or seniors in an undergraduate program, or current graduate students.
  • Prologis requires intermediate-to-advanced Excel, including lookup functions, logical formulas and pivot tables or charts, plus communication, attention to detail, integrity and collaboration.
  • Financial modeling, investment analysis, real-estate coursework, discounted cash flow, pro forma, comparable-sales or Argus experience are preferred rather than stated as universal minimum requirements.
Easy to miss

Argus and prior real-estate modeling are listed as preferred experience, not a license to overstate familiarity. A smaller model you can audit and explain is stronger than an advanced template you do not understand.

How to apply to Prologis

  1. Open requisition R6830 and verify availability, then compare your student status and Excel preparation with the required section.
  2. Build or improve one transparent property model using public or invented data. Show inputs, assumptions, cash flows, output and a sensitivity rather than hiding the work behind one return figure.
  3. Apply through Prologis's official Workday page before the displayed end date and save the posting and version of your model or resume used.

Our editorial advice · not employer requirements

How to prepare a stronger application

Practice a simple acquisition analysis. Explain rent, vacancy, operating costs, capital spending, exit assumptions and how one changed input affects the result. Label it as independent or course work.

Research one Prologis market or logistics-property theme using public information and prepare a question about supply, customer demand or development risk. Do not imply access to private valuations.
