Who can apply?
- Under Armour says interns typically must be enrolled in a university or equivalent program, while every Rookie opening publishes its own graduation range and academic requirements.
- A reviewed Summer 2027 retail and store operations role accepts students graduating December 2027–August 2028 or May/June 2027 graduates entering the program directly afterward.
- That role requires permanent US work authorization without present or future employment-based sponsorship. Other positions must be checked separately.
Under Armour may consider one candidate for multiple opportunities, but a graduation or sponsorship rule from the retail posting cannot be copied to every 2027 Rookie role.

The US Rookie Program runs 12 weeks in summer. Summer 2027 roles were available at review, with rolling application review and hiring-manager interviews beginning in October and continuing as roles are filled.
