Who can apply?

  • For the published North America cycle, applicants must be current full-time undergraduates with an anticipated graduation date from December 2026 through August 2027 and at least one final semester after the internship.
  • adidas says it does not offer North America master's or MBA internships through this program. International students at US-accredited institutions may be considered with valid US work authorization.
  • The selected opening controls any major, portfolio, location, authorization and skill requirements. A resume and adidas 1-Pager are required for a complete application.
Easy to miss

The published North America text pairs a December 2026–August 2027 graduation window with a semester-after-the-internship rule, which can conflict for earlier graduates. Confirm your exact eligibility with adidas; other countries also use different calendars.

How to apply to adidas

  1. Use the official internship page to confirm that the North America intake is active, then choose a Portland or Los Angeles opening in a function that fits your experience.
  2. Check the graduation window, return-to-school condition, location, work authorization and role qualifications before creating the required adidas 1-Pager.
  3. Submit both the resume and 1-Pager through the adidas Careers Portal; the employer says incomplete applications missing either item are not considered.

Our editorial advice · not employer requirements

How to prepare a stronger application

Treat the 1-Pager as a response to the exact campaign prompt in the opening. Make one clear idea easy to understand and show why it fits the audience rather than filling the page with unrelated brand imagery.

Prepare a project example that connects consumer insight to a decision in digital, marketing, product, design, sales or operations. Explain your contribution and the evidence behind it.
