Who can apply?
- The postings say the role is intended for current bachelor's students who have completed their sophomore or junior year by Summer 2027, but their qualifications list enrollment as a rising senior. Students must be enrolled before and after the internship and return to their degree program.
- Oracle states that visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this role, including support for F-1 related work authorization such as CPT or OPT.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher and a business administration, professional selling or sales concentration major are listed as preferred, not required.
The postings contradict themselves on class year — "completed their sophomore or junior year by Summer 2027" in one place and "rising senior" in another. Do not rely on either reading without confirming it with Oracle.
Dates, pay & program timing
Each city has its own posting, published in September 2026, with target internship dates of May to August or June to September 2027. The US hiring range is $19.09 to $36.35 an hour ($39,700 to $75,600 a year). Oracle says a role generally accepts applications for at least three calendar days after posting or for as long as it remains posted, so there is no fixed deadline.

How to apply to Oracle
- Work out which class-year statement you meet: the postings say completed sophomore or junior year by Summer 2027, but also say rising senior. If you are a sophomore, confirm with Oracle before applying.
- Choose the one city you can work from in person and apply to that city's posting; each city is a separate requisition.
- Prepare for an internship that starts with a week of sales training and ends with a capstone presentation.

How to prepare a stronger application
The work is cold calling and social outreach to qualify leads. Evidence that you can take rejection and keep up volume — fundraising calls, retail targets, recruiting members for a club — is more relevant than general interest in technology.
Oracle lists being coachable and "persuasive, professional, and prepared". Prepare an example where feedback changed how you pitched something, with the before and after. This is our suggestion, not Oracle's stated interview format.
