- The investment banking program page does not publish one degree, graduation-date, class-year, GPA or work-authorization rule for every location; the selected current opening controls those requirements.
- JPMorganChase's general student-opportunities page describes internships as opportunities for undergraduates in their next-to-last year. Treat that as broad guidance, not permission to ignore a posting's exact graduation window.
- The program page highlights analytical, quantitative and interpretive skill, communication, adaptability, resilience and the ability to work in a dynamic team. It does not require completion of the optional Forage experience.
Do not present a US opening as current simply because the evergreen program page is live. Availability and deadlines appear by location, and the reviewed page did not display a US Summer 2027 investment-banking role.
Dates, pay & program timing
The program lasts nine weeks and begins with five days of orientation and classroom work in accounting, financial modeling, valuation and Excel. At review, the official listing feed showed Summer 2027 applications for Tokyo with an October 19 date and London with a November 1 date, plus separate off-cycle roles. Earlier Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore dates had passed, and no US Summer 2027 opening was displayed. Dates are location-specific and were published without a closing time.

How to prepare a stronger application
The official training curriculum names accounting, financial modeling, valuation and Excel. Prepare one compact example that links a business question to assumptions, a model and a recommendation. A class valuation is useful when you can explain why you selected the method and what would change the result.
Coverage, Advisory and Capital Markets solve different client problems. Read the group named in the opening and practice a two-minute explanation of one public transaction from that group's perspective: the client's objective, the bank's role, the main tradeoff and one question you still have.
