Who can apply?

  • Hyatt's US university-program brochure requires pursuit of a hospitality or related degree, sophomore status or above and continuous authorization to work in the United States.
  • Interns must commit for at least ten weeks. The selected property opening controls exact dates, hours, department, location and any additional qualifications.
  • The internship offers hotel meetings, department shadowing and work beside hotel leaders. Hyatt's separate Corporate Management Training program is a graduate development route, not the same internship.
Easy to miss

Hyatt's Corporate Management Training program is not interchangeable with its undergraduate internship, and each property opening can set additional requirements.

Dates, pay & program timing

No universal cutoff confirmed

Hyatt describes a US summer program at participating properties with a minimum ten-week commitment. Properties publish opportunities through the careers site; the official overview does not state one annual application deadline.

How to apply to Hyatt

  1. Review Hyatt's university-program details, then search the official careers site for a current Intern opening at a US property and concentration you can explain.
  2. Check the property's dates, ten-week minimum, degree fit, work authorization, compensation, housing, transport, uniform and schedule before applying.
  3. Submit through Hyatt Careers and save the property name and requisition; a program brochure alone is not an application.

Our editorial advice · not employer requirements

How to prepare a stronger application

Use a service, event, campus or work example to show how you noticed a guest or teammate need and followed through. State the operational detail you personally managed.

Research the selected property and concentration. A finance placement and a rooms internship need different evidence even though both use Hyatt's university-program framework.
