Who can apply?

  • Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The central page welcomes students from all academic disciplines.
  • Prior work and leadership experience is preferred, not stated as a universal requirement. An individual listing may still require particular coursework, graduation timing or technical skills.
  • The overview does not publish one class-year, pay, work-authorization or location rule for the whole North America program. Check all of those in the selected opening.
Easy to miss

The central page accepts all majors but does not say every undergraduate year qualifies for every opening. The role-specific graduation window still controls.

Dates, pay & program timing

No universal cutoff confirmed

How to apply to Chubb

  1. Confirm bachelor's enrollment and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, then use Chubb's official page to find a current position rather than treating the overview as an application.
  2. Read the role's actual business line, skills, graduation window, location and work-authorization rules. Pick evidence that fits that role instead of relying on a broad interest in insurance.
  3. Submit through Chubb's careers system and save the posting. If there are no positions, join the official talent network or return later; a blank list is not an invitation to email a generic application.

Our editorial advice · not employer requirements

How to prepare a stronger application

For underwriting or claims, practice explaining how you separate relevant evidence from noise and document a decision. For technology or operations, show a process or system you improved and how you tested whether the change worked.

Any major may apply, but that does not make the application generic. Explain how your discipline changes the way you approach customers, risk, analysis or communication, using one specific course or project rather than listing broad transferable skills.
