Who can apply?
- The posting's minimum qualification is current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's degree program. It says the program is intended for students in the penultimate year of a bachelor's degree, depending on their program and circumstances.
- Participation requires being located in, and legally authorized to work in, the United States for the whole internship. Preferred qualifications include attending a US bachelor's program, returning to it after the internship, and being available for a full-time, consecutive 12-week internship between May and September 2027.
- Applicants need an updated resume listing the anticipated graduation date in MM/YY form and a current unofficial or official transcript in English.
The transcript is a requested document, not an extra. The upload field only appears after you select "Now attending" under Degree Status, so a resume-only submission is missing something the posting asks for.
Dates, pay & program timing
The posting asks applicants to complete the application by October 9th. It is a Summer 2027 posting that was live in September 2026, with interviews on a rolling basis through Q1 2027, so the date is October 9, 2026; no time of day is given. The internship runs 12 consecutive weeks starting in May or June 2027, with exact dates provided later. The posting publishes a US pay range of $58,000 to $77,000 plus a 0% bonus target, and says individual pay depends on skills, experience and education.
These details reflect the sources at the review date. An overview is not a live job offer. Check the official page for today's application status and the selected opening's written terms.
How to apply to Google
- Update your resume so the anticipated graduation date appears in MM/YY form, and download a current transcript in English. The posting asks for both and prefers PDFs.
- Apply through the posting by October 9, 2026. Attach the resume in the Resume section, then select "Now attending" under Degree Status in the Education section so the transcript upload appears.
- Choose your preferred office from the six listed. Google says that after the application period closes it may ask for more background information and let you state preferences among the sales, marketing and finance functions.

Our editorial advice · not employer requirements
How to prepare a stronger application
You are matched to sales, marketing or finance after applying rather than choosing a team up front, so the resume has to show your leaning on its own. Put one line near the top that links a concrete experience — running a club budget, a campus sales job, a marketing project with real numbers — to the function you would rank first. The later preference step then confirms what the resume already shows.
The posting lists people-management and organizational skills and the ability to work through ambiguity alongside interest in Google's business. Prepare one example where the goal was unclear at the start and you decided what to measure, and one where you coordinated other people to a deadline. This is our suggestion, not a description of Google's interviews.
