Who can apply?

  • Each posting sets its own degree field, and several set graduation windows, such as December 2027 or May 2028 for CSG Hardware Engineering and December 2027 or spring 2028 for the services engineering internship.
  • GPA guidance differs by posting: the supply chain posting lists a 3.0 minimum as desirable, and the finance posting says ideal candidates have at least a 3.4.
  • The services general business posting says students must be enrolled in school after the internship to qualify.
Easy to miss

Dell shows each posting's Apply Before time converted to your browser's time zone, so the same cutoff reads differently in different places. Go by the time shown on your screen and do not leave the application for the final evening.

Dates, pay & program timing

No universal cutoff confirmed

At review Dell's undergraduate postings listed hourly pay ranges, including $20.00 to $24.20 for supply chain in Austin, $20.60 to $27.00 for finance, and $24.60 to $30.75 for IT; the IT posting describes a 10-week summer internship. Each posting shows its own Apply Before date and time, converted to your browser's time zone, and the postings reviewed did not all share the same cutoff. Check the cutoff on the posting you choose.

Our editorial advice · not employer requirements

How to prepare a stronger application

The supply chain posting says every intern completes analyses and presents recommendations to management. Prepare one example where you turned data into a recommendation that someone acted on, with the numbers, since that is the deliverable.

Several Dell postings name specific graduation windows. If yours falls outside a window, apply to a posting whose window fits rather than hoping it is flexible. This is our suggestion.
